Kathmandu, Nepal: The Supreme Court (SC), the apex court of the country has on Wednesday ordered the government not to implement its decision to remove three Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Board members.
 
Responding to a writ filed by one of the members sacked by the government, Suraj Lamichhane, a single bench of Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut ordered the government not to implement the decision till a final verdict on the case.
 
Alleging the board members of obstruction the efforts to end load shedding, the government on December 19 had sacked Lamichhane, Manoj Kumar Mishra and Laxman Prasad Agrawal from the Board member.
