Kathmandu, Nepal: At least two persons were killed and 33 others sustained injuries when a passenger bus they were travelling mat with the accident in Khanigaun of Thaha Municipality-1 in Makwanpur district on Tuesday.
It is said that the ill-fated bus with registration number Na 4 Kha 4567, which was heading to Kathmandu from Pakane of Kailash Rural Municipality in the district veered off the road and fell some 100 metres down.
According to the Makwanpur District Police Office, the deceased have been identified as 35-year Kamala Dong of Goganeki and 30-year-old Kunsang Tamang of Dandabas in Kailash Rural Municipality in the district.
