Kathmandu, Nepal, October 9, 2020: proposed meeting between the talks team of the government and the agitating senior orthopedic surgeon Dr Govinda KC canceled at the eleventh hour on Friday after government talk team failed to prepare a draft.
The government talk team led by Secretary Gopinath Mainali had informed that it failed to sit in the talk because it failed to hold discussion with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli over the draft.
