Kathmandu, Nepal: President Bidya Devi Bhandari authenticated two election related bills- the Local Level Election Bill and the Election Offence and Punishment Bill on Friday.
The president authenticated the two bills as per the recommendations of the government. Following the endorsement of the two bills from the Parliament, the government had recommended the president for authentications.
The President enacted the two bills in accordance to Article 113.2 of the Constitution, the office of the president has sated.
