Kathmandu, Nepal: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has on Thursday authenticated two bills- Bill on Election Commission and Bill on Voters’ List.
President authenticated the Bills as per the Article 113 (2) of the Nepal’s Constitution; the Office of the President has stated.
