Nepal Police arrest Maoist leader Dhungel from Kathmandu

 Kathmandu, Nepal: Nepal police have arrested CPN Maoist Centre leader Bal Krishna Dhungel from Satdobato in Lalitpur today.

A  sources closed to the Nepal Police said he has been kept at the Decision Implementation Unit of the court. The source also claims that he will be sent to Nakhu jail toady.M

Maoist leader Dhungel is arrested following a contempt of court writ was filed at the SC against Inspector General Of Police (IGP) Prakash Aryal.S

Senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi had filed the writ against IGP Aryal on April 12 alleging IGP Aryal forneglecting the SC’s verdict to arrest murder convict Dhungel.
