Rautahat, Nepal: CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has challenged the Rastriya Janata Party- Nepal (RJP-N) to be tested from the people by partaking part in the local level elections. 
 
Speaking to journalists at his own residence in Gaur, the district headquarters of Rauthat district, on Friday, Nepal, who is also the former Prime Minister of the country, also accused the RJP-N of being afraid of people.
 
Nepal has made the allegation with challenge to face the elections in the mean time when the agitating RJP-N has shown a green signal to take part in the third phases of local level elections scheduled for November 18 in province number 2.  
 
During the function he also claimed that his party would emerge as the largest party even in the scheduled third phase of local level elections.
