Kathmandu, Nepal: The main opposition party of the parliament CPN-UML has on Wednesday decided to obstruct all the proceedings at the Legislature-Parliament related to the amendment of the constitution from Thursday.
The UML has on Wednesday made the decision with the conclusion that the constitution amendment bill registered by the government is against the national integrity.
A meeting of the UML’s Parliamentary Party (PP) had a conclusion that the amendment bill was not necessary on the name of resolving the problems raised by the agitating Madhes based parties.
