Dhangadhi, Nepal: CPN-UML Vice-Chairman Bhim Bahadur Rawal has said that the constitution amendment bill was registered in the parliament to please the India.
 
Terming the constitution amendment bill as anti-national, he also alleged the government and its major allies- Nepali Congress and the CPN Maoist Center for acting anti national activities by splitting Terai from hills. 
 
Rawal, who is also the former Deputy Prime Minister made the allegation while speaking at a press meet here on Sunday. During the function, he also issued a challenge to obstruct the bill from approval from the parliament.
